Purpose of the service

Exelixi Online is an educational platform offering interactive lessons, exercises, assessments and subscription content for school subjects, examinations and admission to Greece's Model Schools (Protypa). It also provides learning tools, including knowledge flows, short knowledge activities and literature pathways.

Eligibility

The service is available to students, parents and teachers. Users under 15 must use the service with parental consent and supervision, in accordance with Greek Law 4624/2019 and the GDPR.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are managed exclusively through the App Store or Google Play, depending on your device platform. Apple or Google acts as the merchant of record for transactions. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel them through the subscription settings of the relevant platform.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account once the purchase is confirmed. We do not store payment details; all transactions are processed by Apple or Google. Prices may change in accordance with the policies of the relevant store.

Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google through their respective support procedures. Exelixi Online cannot issue refunds directly.

Licence to use the service

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the content solely for private and educational purposes. Reproduction, copying, distribution or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content and intellectual property

The service's content, including text, exercises, software and graphics, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party content is used with the appropriate attribution or reference, or in accordance with lawful terms of use.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app in accordance with applicable law.
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access or reverse engineering.
• Do not share access credentials or usage rights with third parties.
• Do not reproduce educational content in bulk or for commercial purposes.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by ourPrivacy Policy. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of the privacy policy where applicable.

Suspension or termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or the service is misused.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for data loss, delays or damage arising from use, except where caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated, and changes take effect when published. Material changes may be communicated through the app or website.

These terms are governed by Greek and European law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ioannina.
